What you’ll do:

This position will provide administrative support to executives while also managing our office in Boulder. You’ll work side by side with our team as we support clients that are changing the world across industries such as healthcare, private equity, manufacturing, utilities, government, outdoor recreation, and everything in between!

Some specific responsibilities:

  • Directly support the Co-CEOs and other senior leaders to make a substantial and valuable impact to the company's mission
  • Handle projects of an administrative nature that require extensive confidentiality, discretion, independent judgment, and critical thought
  • Manage beverages, snacks, and office supplies
  • Manage complex vendor relationships and coordinate necessary facility repair, maintenance, and improvements
  • Provide on-site event support (setup, catering orders, etc.) for community events. This includes some early-evening weeknight events 3x-4x/month.
  • Perform minor accounting duties
  • Assist with presentation preparation, including misc. document prep or design projects
  • Run errands and visit clients (primarily in the Boulder/Denver area)

    Note: This is an on-site role in our Boulder, Colorado, office and is not eligible for remote work.

    • The ability to multitask and re-prioritize on the fly
    • A love for doing something different every day
    • A keen eye for detail and incremental improvements
    • Extensive experience using instant messaging tools (Slack, Teams) as the primary means of communication
    • Your own car, driver's license, valid vehicle registration, and valid car insurance

    This role is NOT...

    • focused on managing executives' calendars -- this role does not manage schedules.
    • a receptionist role (does not require regular phone answering).
    • remote -- work is in person in Boulder, Colorado.
    • a 9-5 job. You'll be expected to put in 45-50 hours a week, depending on the week.

    Compensation:

    • $75,000 - $90,000/year (depending on applicant's credentials and experience)
